This Privacy Policy explains how Klasse LTD ("Klasse", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit klasse-studio.com, buy from us, or contact us. Information we collect

  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We don't store your full card details.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
  • Communications: messages you send us, and your marketing preferences.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To fulfil your order (contract): processing payment, delivering your order, handling returns and customer service.
  • To run and improve our store (legitimate interests): keeping the site secure, preventing fraud, understanding how it's used, and improving our products.
  • Marketing (consent): sending you emails or texts about new drops and offers, only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
  • Legal obligations: keeping tax and accounting records and responding to lawful requests.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run our business, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment providers, delivery and courier companies, email marketing tools (such as Klaviyo), analytics providers, and our professional advisers. They may only use your information to provide services to us. We don't sell your personal information. We may also share information where required by law, or as part of a sale or restructuring of our business.

We use cookies that are needed for the site and checkout to work, plus optional analytics and marketing cookies. Where required, we ask for your consent to optional cookies and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe, and account data until you ask us to delete your account. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
