1. About us

This website (klasse-studio.com) is operated by Klasse LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17222934, of Hyde Farm, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP3 8SA, United Kingdom ("Klasse", "we", "us"). You can contact us at info@klasse-studio.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

3. Products

We take care to show our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly from those listed. Please check our size guide before ordering. Our socks are not medical devices, and any compression or performance information is general guidance and not medical advice.

4. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This doesn't mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance, and the contract between us, happens when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we've made an obvious pricing error we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout.

6. Discounts and bundles

Multi-buy bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and can't be combined with other offers unless stated. Discount codes, including partner and affiliate codes, are subject to their own terms, may expire, and have no cash value. We may withdraw or change offers at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.

7. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes to you once we've received full payment.

8. Returns, cancellation and your rights

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. If you're a consumer in the UK you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses; our products are for domestic and private use. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site belongs to or is licensed to Klasse LTD and may not be copied without our permission.

11. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens we'll contact you and, where appropriate, you may cancel and receive a refund.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
